We're not looking for someone who wants to administrate forever. We're looking for someone who wants to truly understand a business, from contract to invoice, and then use that knowledge to sell. This is a rare opportunity to step into SaaS sales with real tools, real responsibility and a clear path forward.
Phase 1: Now
You build, structure and quality-assure the sales administration
Phase 2: 6 to 12 months
You automate and delegate your own tasks away
Phase 3: 12 to 18 months
You step into a commercial role in Nordic Sales
This isn't a career path we're hoping for. It's the setup we hire for.
In phase 1 you're the hub of our sales processes. Everything that happens with a customer after the deal is closed is yours. You own it, drive it and make sure it stays high quality all the way to invoice.
Administer and quality-assure contract changes: churn, win back, contractions and contract transfers (ToC)
Open and follow deals in HubSpot through the full lifecycle with the right data, right fields and right stage
Coordinate with Finance and account managers when deals close or change
Ongoing pipeline quality reviews and proactive deviation management
Maintain the product catalogue in HubSpot: products, prices, packages and discount structures
Own the CPQ tool VloxQ: keep pricing logic and product rules up to date
Make sure what sales sell matches what Finance invoices
Be Nordic Sales primary point of contact with Finance on invoicing and revenue recognition
Play a key role in our transition from Younium to Microsoft Business Central in Q3 2026
Identify and drive improvements across the full flow from lead to paid invoice
You're probably not looking for "an admin job". You're looking for a genuinely great first step into something bigger.
Structured and detail-oriented, you love order in systems, data and processes
You understand how a deal moves from prospect to invoice and want to understand it even better
Curious about AI and automation, you see it as a competitive edge, not a threat
You have experience with CRM (HubSpot) and/or ERP (Business Central or similar), or pick it up fast
You communicate clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English
You want to work in sales and understand that this role is your fastest route there
