Job Description - Sales and Partner Manager (m/f/d) Nordics

The Sales and Partner Manager Nordics (m/f/d) will be responsible for promoting sales of DocuWare Enterprise Content Management Software through Authorized DocuWare Partners (resellers) in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, in order to generate revenue for the company. The position utilizes the solution selling approach and Spin methodology and is responsible for promoting the use of these techniques within the channel in the named regions.
The Position is based either in Stockholm or Malmö.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted sales and gross profit quotas as determined during goal setting meetings and given by management 
  • Develop business opportunities through channel of ADPs (Authorized DocuWare Partners), including developing and implementing Marketing Plans as well as working with Sales Staff and Professional Services personnel to identify new business opportunities and to increase sales each year   
  • Work closely with Partners to qualify prospects and evaluate their needs from pre-sales consulting to closing, specially teaching them how to close on every step of the sale
  • Conduct Sales workshops to educate dealer channel as well as end-user seminars and presentations to close business  
  • Maintain, analyze and utilize territory records and other information to efficiently organize, plan, execute and measure results  
  • Report to the Senior Sales Director
  • Provide timely, accurate, and constructive written and oral communications to management regarding monthly activity, including updating CRM, uploading reports, and all other activities as requested by management 
  • This is a 70% Sales, 30% technical position

  • University degree or equivalent  
  • At least 5 years’ successful sales experience  
  • Document management/document imaging software industry experience a must  
  • Proven track record of direct sales 
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding quotas  
  • Possess excellent verbal/presentation and written communication skills  
  • Possess above average computer skills and have the ability to competently demonstrate software functionality  
  • Ability to analyze business processes and to find individual solutions  
  • Ability to lead and to motivate people  
  • Fluent in English and Swedish - Finish will be a plus  (please make sure to send us your cv in English, as we are an international operating company)
  • Extensive travel required
