Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Requirements

• 3-8+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  


• Skilled Agentforce Specialist / Consultant with strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
  


• Should have a combination of Salesforce expertise, AI and automation knowledge, integration experience, and strong business understanding to deliver intelligent and scalable customer and employee experiences.
  


• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
  


• Strong knowledge of Flow Builder and Salesforce process automation.
  


• Experience with APIs and system integrations.
  


• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or similar conversational AI platforms.
  


• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, NLP, conversational design, and Generative AI concepts.
  


• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Components is preferred.
  


• Experience integrating third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  


• Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling.
  


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  


• Swedish language proficiency is mandatory.
