Job Description - SAP SF Onboarding Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (SF-ONB) expertise.

Minimum of two end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0).

Deep understanding of the ONB 2.0 module.

Hands-on experience with Onboarding portlet configuration.

Experience in email configuration.

Hands-on experience with global and local forms configuration.

Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) is preferred.

Experience with integrations involving Employee Central (EC), Recruiting Management (RCM), and third-party systems.

Knowledge of DocuSign integration.

Experience with notifications and audit trails.

Design, implement, and support solutions for complex HCM business processes.

Gather and document business requirements, prepare configuration decisions, and develop configuration workbooks.

Provide post-implementation support, including Incident Management, Release Management, and enhancement requests.

Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 (ONB 1.0) is an added advantage.

Well-versed in SAP implementation methodology.
