Job Description - SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

3+ years of experience supporting or administering Workforce Software Time & Attendance solutions.

Mandatory certification in Workforce Software Time System.

Strong understanding of timekeeping policies, labor compliance, and payroll integration processes.

Experience supporting SAP Payroll (Cloud or On-Premise) environments.

Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and integration technologies such as SAP CPI and APIs.

Experience working in global or multi-country timekeeping environments.

Exposure to Agile and DevOps support models.

Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards, including GDPR and HIPAA.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple support incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Strong documentation, knowledge management, and communication skills.
