🔥 What You’ll Lead

Reliability & Maintenance Excellence
Ensure best-in-class maintenance engineering activities through identification of bad actors and RCA, to reduce downtime and use smart data to transform asset performance.

Lifecycle Asset Management (LCAM)
Own LCAM reviews for key instrument portfolios, streamline providers, and help guide capital expenditure planning.

Service Strategy Innovation
Shape service strategies: determine service needs, review vendor entitlements, and optimize coverage.

Support Capital Expenditure

Support capital expenditure planning: contribute insights for replacements, risk reduction, and cost-of-ownership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Labs, Quality, Procurement, Finance, and Center of Excellence teams.

Asset Data Integrity
Help maintain gold-standard data quality—supporting better decisions across the entire organization.

💼 What You Bring

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Reliability, etc.) or laboratory experience with instrument ownership tasks.
• 5+ years in equipment operation, maintenance, reliability, or asset management—ideally in pharma, biotech, labs, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience with RCAs, LCAM, CMMS/EAM systems.
• Strong experience with RCAs, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle asset management.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Bonus: CMRP/CMRT, Six Sigma, IAM certifications; experience with scientific instruments or calibration; Power BI skills.
