Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Software Verification and Validation.
  


• Hands-on experience in Software Testing, MIL, SIL, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) benches using dSPACE, Opal-RT, VT, NI, etc., along with ControlDesk and INCA3.
  


• Hands-on experience in HIL setup, development, and validation.
  


• Strong Python development skills for simulation and automation frameworks.
  


• Experience with Modbus TCP communication protocol development and troubleshooting.
  


• Experience in simulation model development for electrical/energy systems.
  


• Experience developing HMI/Web-based dashboards and test frameworks.
  


• Knowledge of EMS, BMS, PCS, TMS, and Grid Meter interactions.
  


• Experience with InfluxDB or equivalent time-series databases.
  


• Experience with Git version control and collaborative software development.
  


• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system integration skills.
  


• Experience in test automation, fault injection, and regression testing.
  


• Experience in technical documentation, test reporting, and design documentation.
  


• Ability to work independently with global cross-functional teams.
