Senior Account Executive to Vainu Sweden

Why now

B2B revenue teams are moving toward AI-powered workflows for prospecting, enrichment, and signal detection. However, most are building on incomplete data. We've spent over a decade building and classifying 30 million pages of proprietary Nordic business data. It's structured, machine-readable, and accessible wherever our customers already work: via Vainu Product or Vainu Headless.

The data needs of AI are growing fast, but we've kept pace. Outside Finland, in Sweden and other Nordic countries, the market opportunity is still largely untapped, and we're positioned to lead it. That's why we're growing our Swedish team now.

The role of Senior AE in Vainu Sweden

You own the full sales cycle for new business in Sweden: build pipeline, run demos that solve customer problems, close deals. Your customers are often forerunners in AI-driven sales and marketing. You'll work alongside them to build automations that let their teams focus on what matters.

This is a senior role, so you bring your own expertise and help shape how we approach complex deals. You'll grow into a real expert in AI-driven B2B sales workflows. If you want to help shape how Vainu wins in Sweden, there's room for that, but it's not required. Building a great role for yourself here is enough.

Start date: Q4 2026 ideally; no later than January 2027

The team

You'll join 15 people in Stockholm across new business, customer success, marketing, and product. We're a team with momentum. We have the best company data in the Nordics, integrations are working, the product is solid. This is a good time to join because the foundation is there.

What we need from you

• At least 12 months of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting targets

• Comfortable running full cycle solo, from prospecting to close

• You've already implemented AI in your own work. Not just chatting with Claude, but actually automating something or building an agent to make your job easier. That curiosity and hands-on experience matters

• You actually like building pipeline

• Native Swedish, solid English

• Based in Stockholm, working from Drottninggatan regularly

What we offer

• Base salary SEK 40,000–50,000 / month

• OTE SEK 60,000–70,000 / month

• Uncapped commission with accelerators for over-performance
