Requirements
Conduct detailed As-Is business and system analysis to support the design and implementation of new payment solutions.
Analyze existing processes, applications, integrations, and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities and transformation requirements.
Evaluate and recommend future-state solution alternatives, considering business objectives, technology constraints, and operational impacts.
Collaborate with business, architecture, and technology teams to define requirements, dependencies, and target operating models.
Lead impact assessments related to system modernization, transformation programs, and legacy platform decommissioning initiatives.
Document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and architectural considerations.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions across business and technical teams.
Provide strategic recommendations to support decision-making and solution selection.
Drive analysis workstreams independently while ensuring alignment with program objectives and governance standards.
Proven experience as a Business Architect, Lead Business Analyst, or Senior Business Analyst within the banking or financial services sector.
Strong domain expertise in Payments, transaction processing, clearing, settlement, and related banking operations.
Good understanding of enterprise system landscapes, application architecture, integrations, and technology ecosystems.
Experience supporting transformation, modernization, migration, or legacy system decommissioning programs.
Demonstrated ability to perform complex business and systems analysis independently with minimal supervision.
Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience bridging business and technical teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements.
Extensive experience within banking and financial services environments.
Deep understanding of payments platforms, transaction lifecycle management, and associated operational processes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex business and technical challenges and propose practical solutions.
Experience leading analysis workstreams and influencing architectural and strategic decisions.
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage interactions with senior business and technology stakeholders.
