Senior Consultant Real Estate & Property Management

Real estate and property management has grown into one of our three core sectors, with an established client portfolio that includes clients in the commercial real estate segment as well as property management for both commercial and housing cooperatives. We are now looking for a senior consultant to help us scale this business, someone who combines strong delivery capability with a genuine ability to win work at CXO level.

Our focus is on making real estate companies and property management organisations more operationally efficient and relevant. Improving business models, governance, customer journeys, processes, and the way they deliver and manage their portfolios.

What You Will Do

• Lead and deliver management consulting engagements for real estate companies and property management organisations. Covering operational efficiency, business model improvement, process optimisation, and customer journey design

• Develop client relationships at senior (CXO) level and contribute actively to business development (networking, pitching, proposing, and winning new assignments)

• Support clients with the full range of property management challenges: economic and technical property management, service offering development, organisational improvement, and portfolio and programme delivery

• Bring insight and structure to complex client problems. Facilitating workshops, communicating findings to senior leadership, and driving measurable results

• Help build Avanti's positioning and reputation in the real estate market

• Mentor and develop more junior consultants as the team grows

What We Are Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience from a management consultancy with a clear focus on property owners and/or property management organisations

• Experience leading and executing projects with senior management or middle management as key stakeholders

• Strong project management and delivery capability, with a track record of driving change and efficiency initiatives from analysis through to implementation

• Experience of transformation work, preferably with a link to digitalisation, data, AI, or systems support within areas such as property management, leasing, or space and facilities provision

• Experience from an operational or strategic role within a real estate company, bringing a genuine understanding of the practical challenges and business drivers in the sector

• Strong drive for new areas and willingness to learn and improve, take responsibility for continuous competence development

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you are as comfortable in a workshop as you are in a boardroom

• Good commercial acumen and understanding of economics and business performance management in real estate operations

• An established network within the real estate sector

• Comfortable contributing to business development and sales activities alongside senior colleagues, you understand how to help win work, not just deliver it

• Fluent in Swedish

• Degree in business, engineering, economics, real estate development or a related field
