Senior Medical Liaison Manager Alzheimers Disease (AD)

We are currently looking for Senior Medical Liaison Manager to join our Medical team in Stockholm, Sweden.

As Senior Medical Liaison Manager you will develop strategic partnerships with key external stakeholders during the entire life cycle of Biogen products, providing focused, relevant information in relation to customer-stated needs in order to maintain a therapeutic leadership position and drive business needs aligned with local and global strategies. Alzheimer dementia to be in focus for this position
Of key importance is that the Senior Medical Liaison Manager ensures that Biogen has a high reputation among our customers in terms of scientific knowledge and skills.
In this role you will also be acting as a medical / scientific resource role model within Biogen, ensuring awareness and understanding of the disease area and Biogen products. Focus will initially be on Sweden but soon also involve all Nordic Affiliates.
You will also be providing scientific advice to Medical Liaison Manager colleagues, demonstrating project leadership skills, and helping Medical Liaison Managers to achieve their professional goals with informal mentoring and coaching if deemed necessary
Primary Responsibilities
- Present and discuss medical science related to our products to HCPs
- Therapy area strategy support
- Conduct medical/scientific education and coaching of internal personnel (ABMs, MLMs, RMAMs)
- Develop and leverage IIT opportunities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Be prepared to support Medical Information and SABR as back-up when requested
- Leadership / Project Management

- Min 5+ years’ experience as Medical Liaison Manager or equivalent
- Has demonstrated Medical Liaison Manager core behaviours and acquired knowledge and skills/competencies to the degree expected at this job level
- Strong presentation skills
