Senior Product Manager - Insights & Analytics

Insights are only valuable when they lead to better decisions. And increasingly, those decisions won’t only be made by people.

About the role

As our Senior Product Manager for Insights & Analytics, you’ll own the direction of this capability across the Voyado product suite. That includes the analytics platform, the customer-facing analytics experiences retailers use every day, and the semantic and metric layer that increasingly powers our AI-driven experiences.

You’ll work closely with Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, Engineering Managers, architects, and Product Managers across Voyado Engage and Elevate. Within Insights & Activation, you'll also work closely with our Targeting and AI teams, connecting the insights we generate with the audiences, predictions, and actions they enable.

Some of the things you'll be up to:

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Insights & Analytics across the Voyado product suite, from the underlying analytics platform to the experiences our customers use

• Run continuous discovery with retailers to understand the decisions they are trying to make and where better insights could genuinely change the outcome

• Work across Engage and Elevate to create a coherent analytics experience rather than reinventing analytics within individual products

• Define how we measure the success of the capability, including adoption, trust, time-to-insight, and the commercial value analytics creates for retailers and Voyado

• Contribute to how analytics is packaged and commercialized as it increasingly becomes something customers actively buy, rather than simply something included in the product

So, who are you?

We believe you're a Senior Product Manager who combines strong product judgment with genuine analytical curiosity.

You're comfortable moving between customer problems, commercial opportunities, and fairly technical conversations about data. You will not be the person building the data models, but you understand them well enough to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, and make informed product decisions alongside Analytics Engineers and architects.

You think beyond individual features. When someone asks for another dashboard, your instinct is to understand the decision behind the request. When several products need similar capabilities, you look for what should become a shared platform capability. And when investing in foundations that may take time to pay off, you can explain why that investment matters in terms that both engineers and commercial stakeholders understand.

You also know that analytics is fundamentally a trust product. A beautiful dashboard doesn't matter if customers don't believe the numbers in it. You care about correctness, consistency, and clear definitions while still knowing that a product needs to ship, create value, and evolve.

We believe you have:

• Senior Product Management experience within B2B SaaS, preferably in retail, e-commerce, martech, CRM, loyalty, CDP, or BI

• A track record of owning a product area end to end, from strategy and discovery through roadmap, delivery, launch, and measurable outcomes

• Enough technical understanding to work credibly with Analytics Engineers and architects, including the ability to reason about data models, semantic and metric layers, data contracts, and lineage

• Experience working in multi-product environments where a shared capability needs to serve several products and teams

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing teams and people you don't directly manage

Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery, and analytics tools such as Sigma, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI is also a plus.

As insights increasingly become something our products can act on, not simply present, experience with AI, ML, predictive products, or agentic capabilities is particularly interesting.
