We are looking for a Senior Product Quality Assurance Manager with 8-10 years of experience in the automotive domain, focusing on quality, processes, and standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ASPICE processes and a solid understanding of development, verification, and validation lifecycles. This role will involve defining, deploying, and improving quality processes across multiple projects to ensure compliance and enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Definition: Document process flow diagrams, including descriptions of process steps, guidelines, templates, and checklists.
Process Deployment: Ensure ASPICE process compliance and deploy defined processes across various projects.
Collaboration: Work with other teams to understand current workflows and ensure adherence to established processes.
Process Harmonization: Assist project teams in implementing ASPICE and process improvements, fostering a culture of quality.
Feedback Loop Implementation: Create and implement a feedback mechanism to incorporate improvement ideas from project teams into process documentation.
Training: Conduct and assist in ASPICE process training sessions for team members.
Quality Assurance: Enhance overall quality goals by ensuring process compliance and detailing quality assurance practices as defined by ASPICE.
Risk Management: Identify and address relevant risks and issues to add substantial value to quality assurance efforts.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 8-10 years of work experience in the automotive domain, specifically in quality, processes, and standards.
ASPICE Expertise: Hands-on experience with ASPICE process workflows in practical implementation scenarios, with extensive knowledge of ASPICE v3.1 and v4.0 across software, hardware, and mechanical domains.
Lifecycle Understanding: Thorough understanding of the development, verification, and validation lifecycle and methodologies.
Process Implementation: Proven experience in process definition and implementation, based on business needs and tool/infrastructure considerations.
Quality Management: Experience in quality management practices supporting automotive embedded mechatronics system projects and multi-disciplinary projects.
Documentation Skills: Proficient in preparing process documentation and conducting audits of quality management systems.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve process issues effectively.
Stakeholder Management: Experience interfacing independently with various stakeholders.
System Approach: Exposure to product development with a system-oriented approach.
Soft Skills:
Communication: Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Creativity: Ability to develop systemic and creative approaches to problem-solving.
