Senior SAP EAM / PM Functional Consultant

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementation or support.
  


• Experienced SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP PM processes, S/4HANA implementations, and migration projects.
  


• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver effective SAP PM solutions.
  


• Configure SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) to meet business requirements and implement custom solutions.
  


• Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications.
  


• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design and implementation.
  


• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  


• Analyze maintenance processes, master data, and integration points within SAP PM.
  


• Work closely with business stakeholders, super users, IT teams, and other functional consultants to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth integration.
  


• Support all project phases, including blueprinting, testing, training, and go-live.
  


• Prepare high-quality project documentation and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  


• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM), with experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
  


• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
  


• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with SAP Fiori applications.
  


• Strong understanding of standard SAP PM and SAP S/4HANA business processes.
  


• Strong knowledge of SAP PM integration with other SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM).
  


• Strong understanding of integration flows to and from SAP systems.
  


• Proficiency in gathering requirements and preparing functional specifications and blueprints.
  


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  


• Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong speaking, reading, and writing skills.
  


• Basic knowledge of ABAP for troubleshooting and understanding custom developments related to SAP PM.
  


• Experience using Microsoft DevOps in SAP projects.
  


• Experience working in Agile teams using Scrum methodologies.
  


• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and test teams in cross-functional environments.
