Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and architecture
  


• Lead end-to-end technical design leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities
  


• Drive architectural best practices to deliver scalable, robust solutions in complex environments
  


• Act as a trusted advisor, leading solutioning workshops and guiding stakeholders
  


• Bridge gaps between business and technical teams through strong leadership
  


• Contribute to innovation and strengthen the organization’s position within the ServiceNow ecosystem
  


• Promote best practices and architectural excellence
  


• Ensure seamless translation of requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions
  


• Maintain high standards for collaboration during implementation
  


• Design and standardize integration strategies to ensure data consistency across platforms
  


• Drive automation initiatives for improved efficiency
  


• Introduce and enforce methodologies to enhance system and practice performance
  


• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices for successful project delivery
  


• Implement and evolve security frameworks aligned with compliance requirements
  


• Ensure secure and resilient client environments

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  


• Extensive hands-on experience across the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party systems
  


• Strong proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and complex solution design
  


• Deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, architecture, and scalability considerations
  


• Lead the design and integration of scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals
  


• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver robust, future-ready architectures
  


• Drive technical excellence, innovation, and quality across all ServiceNow initiatives
