Job Description - ServiceNow Workflow Developer

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent educational and professional experience.

Leverage domain expertise to design efficient workflows aligned with customer journeys, driving value and long-term success.

Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documents to ensure consistent delivery and quality.

Share customer insights with product teams to drive continuous improvement and promote best practices.

Resolve escalations from junior ES team members and demonstrate readiness to lead functional engagements.

Coach and manage Associate Business Process Consultants, supporting their professional development.

Apply ServiceNow platform knowledge and workflow domain expertise to optimize customer solutions.

Design workflows using ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices to meet customer expectations.

Guide customers in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and knowledge transfer documentation, while supporting reviews and approvals.

Maintain relevant ServiceNow workflow certifications and keep skills up to date.

Experience integrating AI into business processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, including workflow automation and AI-driven insights.

Ability to manage projects independently, demonstrating creativity and initiative.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience resolving complex issues.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned with the respective workflow domain.

Understanding of core AI concepts, ethical considerations, and platform capabilities, with the ability to explain their application in customer engagements.

Ability to use AI tools under guidance to streamline workflows, generate insights, and support strategic initiatives.
