Software Engineer; C++ / Python / Linux (Automotive)

About the Role:
This position involves joining a development team focused on R&D of testing equipment, methodologies, and environments for verifying future automated and connected transport systems. The consultant’s expertise will facilitate challenging tests for a safe and sustainable traffic environment.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Vehicle Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software developer in the industry.


• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.


• Experience with various Linux distributions.


• Valid Swedish B driver's license.


• Good collaboration skills and responsibility for task completion.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with IoT devices (e.g., OpenWRT, embedded software).


• Knowledge of mathematical modeling of vehicle dynamics.


• Experience in sensor development, particularly radar sensors.


• 5+ years of experience as a software developer in the industry.


• Experience with heavy vehicles is a plus.


• Familiarity with Git.
