Your role

As a Software Test Engineer within Air Traffic Management, you will combine manual testing and test automation to ensure reliable, high-quality software for advanced products used by airports and air navigation service providers around the world. You will work closely with developers and other stakeholders throughout the testing process.

Our product portfolio primarily consists of software solutions developed in-house, complemented by proprietary hardware and selected commercial off-the-shelf components. The breadth of the role offers a unique opportunity to work with and gain a deep understanding of complex systems.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Plan and perform manual, regression and exploratory testing
• Develop and maintain automated tests and scripts
• Verify requirements and document test results
• Identify, analyse and track defects
• Troubleshoot software issues with developers and stakeholders

Your profile

You are proactive, analytical and collaborative, with a clear interest in software quality and problem-solving.

We believe you have:

• A relevant master’s degree bachelor’s or, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong in manual testing and test automation
• Good understanding of JavaScript for test automation and scripting
• Experience with requirements, test and defect management
• Familiarity with Git or SVN and Linux environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Codebeamer
• Knowledge of ATM systems or related technologies
