We are now looking for a business and technology savvy marketer with experience working in the defense industry, that positions Ericsson as leader and accelerate the selling of network solutions for defense. Working within the solution marketing team, you will develop and execute marketing plans and content both for demand generation and sales readiness. You will work with the larger team to deliver the messages needed, positioning, and campaigns to drive Ericsson’s awareness, perception and accelerate sales pipeline targeting defense agencies. 
Furthermore, we are looking for a person with a good network in defense; able to understand NATO dynamics and systems; that can engage the full marketing organization across group, business and market areas; that also can engage with business, product and sales teams. The role is based in Stockholm but will interface partners across the globe.
This position reports to the Head of Solution Marketing.

What you will do
•    Own and contribute to marketing objectives in the areas of defense and mission-critical networks
•    Build and execute marketing plans, competitive landscape analysis, and customer value argumentation
•    Lead across both Ericsson colleagues and agencies to implement the plan, including messages, insights, demos and announcements
•    Act as a domain expert, an internal spokesperson, and represent Ericsson at customer meetings, and events
•    Identify and drive customer success stories and reference cases

You will bring
•    University degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent training/experience
•    5+ years of working experience in the defense industry
•    3+ years of work experience for communication service providers 
•    Relevant work experience consisting of many successful examples in marketing and business development in deals over 10 MUSD
•    Experience working in marketing in a dynamic, global and complex environment
•    Project management
•    Teams’ collaboration
•    Written and verbal communication skills in English
