Responsibilities

  • Serve as the key point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers, providing support through multiple channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
  • Enhance customer experiences by effectively addressing inquiries and resolving challenges faced by our clients.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing the customer experience based on customer communications.
  • Work hand-in-hand with other teams to implement solutions that prioritize customer happiness.
  • Remain knowledgeable about products and services to provide valuable assistance and recommendations to customers.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by sharing feedback and contributing to team projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred.
  • Ability to develop rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer support technologies is an asset.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail in all customer interactions.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting customer happiness.
