• Collaborate with fellow support agents to exchange knowledge and elevate service quality.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with popular games and platforms.
• Experience in customer support or community management is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize with gamers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to support.
