As an In-Game Support Analyst, you will engage with Swedish-speaking players, assisting them with various inquiries and issues to ensure they enjoy a seamless gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide live support to Swedish-speaking players through in-game chat, email, and community platforms.
• Diagnose and fix a wide range of in-game issues, helping players with technical challenges related to gameplay and accounts.
• Record and track player issues using the support ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with players to explain game mechanics, features, and any updates.
• Work closely with the development team to communicate player feedback and highlight common problems.
• Keep abreast of the latest game updates and community trends to provide informed support.
• Participate in enhancing support processes to improve overall player satisfaction.

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with superior communication skills both orally and in writing.
• Experience in customer support, especially within the gaming sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving to effectively support players with technical difficulties.
• A genuine interest in gaming, with a solid grasp of gaming systems and player communities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet player support needs.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a bonus.
