As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead recruitments from start to finish. You’ll act as an advisor to hiring managers, helping shape the future of Telia by identifying and attracting exceptional talent at leadership and specialist levels.
You’ll work across our countries and focus on commercial roles, collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues in Talent Acquisition. Every recruitment matters—and you’ll play a key role in building diverse, collaborative teams that drive Telia forward.

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You have proven experience in talent acquisition—either in-house or at an agency—and you know how to manage complex recruitments with confidence.
