I’m Victor Zetterström, Head of Talent Acquisition Nordics & Group Executive Search at Telia Company. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll lead recruitments from start to finish. You’ll act as an advisor to hiring managers, helping shape the future of Telia by identifying and attracting exceptional talent at leadership and specialist levels.

You’ll work across our countries and focus on commercial roles, collaborating with hiring managers and colleagues in Talent Acquisition. Every recruitment matters—and you’ll play a key role in building diverse, collaborative teams that drive Telia forward.

Is this you?

You’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. You have proven experience in talent acquisition—either in-house or at an agency—and you know how to manage complex recruitments with confidence.

You’re independent, proactive, and open to change. You enjoy working with colleagues from different cultures and backgrounds, and you’re always ready to take on a new challenge.

Your experience includes:

• Extensive experience in the talent acquisition field, including experience with manager-level and senior specialist recruitment
• End-to-end ownership of the recruitment process
• Experience with leadership and competency assessments
• Expertise in sourcing passive candidates through digital tools such as LinkedIn recruiter
• Proven ability to build trust and manage stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills—written, spoken, and in presentations
• Fluency in English & Swedish (spoken and written)
