Job Description - Territory Sales Representative

We're looking for aTerritory Sales Representative with responsibility for being our daily voice in western part of Sweden. You will join our Swedish team with colleagues in South and East part of Sweden.  

Learn how you can be our voice in the conversation about the future of agriculture with the Swedish farmers and stakeholders in Sweden.

Your challenge

  • As Territory Sales Representative you will be our daily voice in the market to promote and ensure best possible use of Corteva solutions.
  • You will be responsible for own territory including planning and execution of seasonal campaign activities for the entire portfolio, which currently is built of crop protection and biostimulants.
  • By being in close contact with farmers, advisors and dealers in your region, you bring input about how to support Corteva portfolio into planning. This in close cooperation with the Swedish business team. Your local knowledge will bring success into the execution of the planned activities both locally and at national level.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Be close to the market in the day to day working with farmers, supporting distributors sales teams and updating advisory organizations.
  • Indoor and outdoor activities such as farm events, exhibitions and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Follow up and utilization of test and trials.
  • Seasonal updates such as direct mails, articles, social media and videos.
  • Communication to growers in tailored language and frequency.
  • Foster and expand dealer and grower network.

 

Location

  • Western part of Sweden with main focus in Västra Götaland, Örebro and Värmland.
  • Job is home based.

 

Reporting line:Sales Manager Nordics

Travel: 20-30 days annually.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Academic in Agronomy or significant experience in the Ag business with at least 5 years' work experience.
  • Dedicated and commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and think out the box to get the result.
  • Ability to transform technical facts into practical farming.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong initiatives and a self-starter who also enjoys motivating others.
  • Ability to have several projects running at the same time and to prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with ability to inspire others.
  • Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English.
  • European driving license.
