Test Manager

Requirements

• Up to 6 years of experience in software testing, test coordination, or test management.
  


• Support the Test Lead in planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities across the project lifecycle.
  


• Lead smaller testing initiatives independently while ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
  


• Develop and maintain the test strategy, test plans, schedules, scope, and quality objectives.
  


• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the testing process.
  


• Track testing progress, monitor execution status, identify risks, and provide regular status reports.
  


• Mentor and guide business users on testing methodologies, best practices, and test execution.
  


• Simplify and communicate complex testing concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  


• Design, develop, document, and maintain high-quality test cases and test scenarios.
  


• Ensure test documentation is well-structured, complete, and compliant with quality standards.
  


• Identify defects, risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities, driving continuous enhancement of testing processes.
  


• Manage testing resources, assign tasks, monitor deliverables, and resolve testing-related issues.
  


• Strong knowledge of test planning, test design, test case development, and test execution.
  


• Experience documenting, organizing, and quality-assuring test cases and test deliverables.
  


• Hands-on experience participating in large-scale testing programs and independently leading smaller testing efforts.
  


• Ability to evaluate, improve, and optimize testing processes and methodologies.
  


• Good understanding of multiple technologies and software development environments.
  


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recommend solutions.
  


• Experience supervising or coordinating testing activities within a project team.
  


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams.
  


• Self-motivated, structured, detail-oriented, collaborative, and solution-focused.
  


• Experience working on SAP projects is highly desirable.
  


• Prior experience writing and executing test cases in SAP or enterprise application environments.
  


• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
