UX Lead – Digital Employee Experience

Role Purpose

As UX Lead for Digital Employee Experience (PX Digital), you own and drive the end-to-end user experience across all employee-facing digital solutions. You ensure that experiences are intuitive, seamless, and consistent across platforms and touchpoints. Drive the design and simplification of HR processes to enable automation, self-service, and AI-powered experiences while improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Define and govern UX strategy, principles, and standards across digital employee journeys.

Design and optimize HR processes for simplicity, scalability, and digital-first delivery.

Partner with product and platform teams to enable automation, workflows, and AI-driven experiences.

Ensure solutions meet the needs of employees, managers, and HR agents through user-centred design.

Measure and improve experience quality, adoption, and self-service using defined KPIs.

Collaborate across HR, IT, Communications, and product teams to align business, process, and technology.

Key Competencies

UX leadership, service design, and journey mapping expertise.

Strong understanding of HR processes and digital service delivery.

Experience designing processes for automation and scalability.

Knowledge of enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, HR systems).

Strong stakeholder management experience, collaboration skills, and used to data-driven decision-making.

Success Measures

Increased self-service and automation adoption.

Improved employee and manager satisfaction.

Reduced process complexity and manual effort.

Consistent UX standards across digital platforms.
