What you will do:

As an Operational Risk specialist, fluent in Swedish, you will support our teams in the assessment and auditing of client sites as well as the delivery of coaching and training to embed cultural and behavioural change in the approach to process and work place safety.  

Who are you?

As a freelance subject matter expert, you can hit the ground running with complex safety projects with a demonstrable track record of coaching and training stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.  You will also

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering / HSE / Business

• Have at least 10 years of experience in Operational Risk Management & Workplace safety training.

• Have expertise in operational risk management, operations excellence or sustainability within the Chemical, Oil & Gas, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or Utilities sectors

• Have experience in the management of change and embedding a safety culture

• Be fluent in Swedish

• Have excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset willing to develop expertise in safety and operations management

• You will be interested in working on a freelance basis, able to work on short and long-term projects without any guarantees of further work.
