Description
As our next Business Trainee, you’ll work at the heart of our business—where strategy meets execution. You’ll be empowered to take ownership, solve real challenges, and deliver sales results that matter.
Over 6 months, you’ll receive a blend of structured training, experience, and mentorship to help you build strong business acumen, sales skills, and commercial awareness.
 
We’ll equip you with everything you need to make an immediate business impact—and grow into a future leader. Within 2–4 years, we expect you to be ready to lead their your team or take on international roles within EF.

Responsibilities
You will:

  • Engage directly with clients to build relationships, deliver outstanding service and guide them into taking the decision to go on a Life changing language travel program.

  • Collaborate with a passionate team to achieve ambitious goals

  • Learn how to run and grow a business from the ground up

As you progress, you may advance to the Program Coordinator role—taking on greater responsibility, shaping EF’s presence in Sweden & Finland, representing us at key events, and advising customers on life-changing programs. This is your chance to create tangible business outcomes while learning what it takes to lead.

Requirements

  • Experience studying, working, or living abroad

  • Fluency in Finnish and English (spoken and written)

  • Degree in business, economics, or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A team player with a competitive, results-driven mindset

  • Strong initiative and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

  • Leadership potential and ambition to make an impact

  • Willingness to invest time and effort to build a global career

 
Nice to Have

  • Additional languages (Swedish, French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)

  • Experience in sales, client outreach, or customer engagement

  • Prior work in telemarketing, customer service, or business development
