The internship in short
The programme kicks off with an engaging Introduction Week, where you’ll get to know SEB, meet professionals across the CIB division, and start building your network.
You’ll be part of the ECM TEAM, working closely together with Corporate Finance, Equity Sales & Research in generating and executing capital market transactions and private placements for primarily Nordic clients.
Throughout the internship, you’ll be supported by a dedicated tutor and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
We wrap up the experience with a Closing Day to reflect, share, and celebrate your journey.

About the position
In this internship position, we offer you the possibility of getting practical knowledge from the leading investment bank in the Nordics and could result in a full-time job offer. This is a great opportunity to learn what investment banking is all about.
SEB Equity Capital Markets, as part of the investment bank of SEB, is a market leader in advisory services for Nordic related equity capital market transactions. We offer high-performing individuals a steep learning curve in an international work environment within finance.
From day one, you will take an active role in the preparation of pitch material as well as in live transactions. You will support our deal teams throughout projects by performing tasks such as equity market analysis, data analysis and preparation of presentation materials.

Who are you?
- You need to have completed at least two years of studies an undergraduate level and have strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
- We are interested in applications from driven individuals with a team-player attitude and a genuine interest in business and finance.
- To be successful in your internship with us, you need to have strong analytical skills, be a fast learner as well as being able to multi-task.
- You have a service-minded attitude, a proactive approach, attention to detail, the ability to demonstrate high integrity, and take responsibility for your tasks.
