Welcome to the Soho Mentorship Program - We’re really glad you’re here.

This form helps us understand who you are, what you care about, and why this opportunity matters to you. It isn’t a test, but we do ask you to answer with thought and intention. Your responses help us see whether this programme is the right fit for you.

Each cohort has limited spots, so we’re looking for people who show genuine commitment, curiosity, and drive. We receive many applications, so take your time and make yours stand out - be thoughtful, be real, and share what truly excites you about this opportunity.
If you’ve got a spark of potential and a desire to explore the creative industries with the support of a mentor, you’re in the right place.

This programme is designed for young diverse people who haven't yet had access to the networks and opportunities to understand, access and navigate the creative industries. This is a key consideration in our selection process. Please bear this in mind when applying.

To join the programme, you must meet the following criteria. Please note that we verify these during the selection process.

1. You are between 18 and 26 years old and looking for a mentor to help you navigate the creative industries.

2. You are not a Soho House member.

3. You can commit fully to the programme. The programme runs for 16 weeks*, and requires you to:

   • Attend every scheduled session at Soho House Stockholm.

   • Meet with your mentor min. 2x per month (timings agreed together).

   Attendance at all programme events is a requirement for taking part. Please check the dates carefully to make sure you can attend before applying.

   • Mentee onboarding: Mon, 21 Sept, 6-8pm

   • Launch Event: Thur, 24 Sept, 7-10pm

   • Workshop 1: Wed, 14 Oct, 7–10pm

   • Halfway Event: Mon, 9 Nov, 7–10pm

   • Workshop 2: w/o 23.Nov (TBC)

   • New Years Catch up: Mon, 12 Jan, 7–9pm

   • Final showcase: Sun, 31 Jan 2027, time TBD

*For the 2026/27 we consider the holiday break from 21.December 2026 - 10. January 2027 as ‘inactive weeks’.
