âWe are looking for a seasoned DLP (Data Loss Prevention) Strategy Consultant to lead the strategic design and governance of enterprise\-wide DLP capabilities. This role ensures crossâstream alignment, supports decision\-making for senior stakeholders, and facilitates workshops that drive clarity, consistency, and security maturity across the organization. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in DLP transformation programs within complex, multinational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic design and planning of DLP capabilities across cloud, endpoint, network, and application domains.
- Ensure cross\-stream coherence between architecture, engineering, data governance, compliance, and security operations.
- Support seniorâlevel decision\-making by providing clear options, impact assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Facilitate design and alignment workshops, ensuring stakeholders share a common vision for DLP policies, processes, and operating models.
- Advise on target operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise DLP.
- Partner with business and technical teams to ensure policies, standards, and controls are consistently adopted.
- Produce strategic documentation, including capability maps, maturity assessments, and transformation plans.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging DLP technologies to inform long\-term strategy.

Requirements
- 8+ years of DLP\-related transformation experience, including strategy, design, governance, and enterprise program delivery.
- Proven expertise in enterprise DLP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, Trellix/McAfee).
- Strong understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR, Swiss data protection law, industry standards).
- Ability to work effectively with cross\-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading workshops and executive discussions.
- Strong analytical thinking and an ability to present strategic recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with large\-scale cloud transformations and cloud\-native DLP capabilities (M365, Azure, Google, CASB/SASE).
- Background in consulting, advisory services, or architecture within regulated industries (finance, pharma, public sector).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPM, or cloud certifications.
- Fluency in English; French is a strong plus for the Geneva region.
