Job Description - AI Engineer (Microsoft & LLM Stack)

You will join a small, high -performing team delivering hands -on AI solutions in the financial services industry. The focus is on building and deploying production -ready systems across the Microsoft ecosystem, from low -code tools like Copilot Studio to advanced solutions in Azure Foundry.

This is a practical, implementation -driven role where you’ll work on real business processes and automation use cases at the intersection of LLMs, enterprise systems, and cloud infrastructure. You’ll collaborate closely with the client, take ownership of deliverables, and benefit from direct coaching while gaining exposure to real -world AI deployment challenges.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Hands -on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, or similar architectures)
Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, or comparable tools)
Solid software engineering skills (e.g. Python, APIs, backend development)
Interest in applying AI to real -world business processes and problem -solving mindset

Nice to have:

Experience with agent -based systems / agentic AI
Knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure)
Experience in automation or enterprise system integration

Duration: Until December 2026
Workload: 80–100% (4–5 days/week)
Salary: 40+
Location: Zurich (primarily on -site)
Setup: Small team, direct client interaction, hands -on coaching throughout the project
