For our Zurich location, we are looking for an experienced and versatile All-Round Crew Member to join our team.

If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love good food, and are ready to jump in wherever needed, this might be the place for you.

Who you are

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a cook, ideally in fast food, street food, casual dining, or another high-volume restaurant environment.

• You work quickly and efficiently, stay organised, and keep a cool head when things get busy.

• You are a team player, flexible, and happy to support different areas of the restaurant – whether in the kitchen, at the counter, or with guests.

• You speak fluent English and German.

• You are available to start at short notice.

• A valid work permit for Switzerland or an EU/EFTA passport is required.

What you’ll do

• Prepare our burgers, sides, and drinks according to Pretty Patty standards.

• Support different areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, service, and cashier, depending on operational needs.

• Help ensure a fast, smooth, and efficient service.

• Provide friendly and attentive service and contribute to a great guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with our quality standards.

• A permanent employment contract with an hourly wage, with a workload of 80–100%.
