Asian Specialty Chef – 5-Star Alpine Resort, Swiss Alps

Location: Valais Alps, Switzerland


Venue: Teppanyaki and sushi restaurant in a 5-star mountain hotel


Role: Asian Specialty Chef, winter season (4-month contract)


Start: Winter season 2026/27

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi and nigiri
  
  


• Support the teppanyaki and hot Asian kitchen
  
  


• Mise en place, fish handling and stock control
  
  


• Keep 5-star hygiene and presentation standards
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in sushi and Japanese/Asian cuisine, ideally in hotels or fine dining
  
  


• Precise knife and rice skills
  
  


• Fluent English
  
  


• EU passport or permanent EU residence required
