Audit Manager - Consumer & Industrial markets

Noord Global are currently working with a leading
professional services firm in Switzerland who are looking to hire an
experienced Manager for their audit practice in Zurich.

Within the Consumer & Industry audit practice, you will
collaborate with both Swiss and international organisations across a wide range
of sectors. You’ll tackle complex topics in a fast‑moving market, work closely
with a multidisciplinary team, apply modern technologies and contribute to
shaping how audit evolves in the years ahead.

Your responsibilities:

• Take
  responsibility for planning, leading and delivering audits of standalone
  and group financial statements for clients across different industries,
  either on‑site or remotely.
  
• Evaluate
  business processes and advise clients on demanding accounting matters
  under OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and US GAAP.
  
• Support
  special reviews, project‑based assignments and actively participate in the
  Consumer & Industrial community.
  
• Mentor
  and guide team members, help them grow professionally and personally, and
  foster a positive, collaborative team environment.
  
• Advance
  digital audit practices by embedding data analytics, automation and other
  innovative tools into the audit workflow.
  

 What you bring:

• A
  recognised Swiss audit qualification or an equivalent international
  certification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA
  
• Between
  5 and 8 years of audit experience, ideally gained within a Big 4 or
  mid-tier audit firm
  
• A
  genuine interest in developing others, sharing knowledge and supporting
  talent
  
• Strong
  enthusiasm for digital tools, data‑driven approaches and technologies such
  as Alteryx, Power BI or similar platforms
  
• Excellent
  communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
