Job Description - Aushilfe (w/m/d) Data Doc Center 60 - 80% im Stundenlohn

What You Can Expect:

  • Bearbeitung der Dokumente für Import- und Exportsendungen
  • Erfassung und Pflege der relvanten Daten in verschiedenen Luftfracht-Systemen
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten Dokumentation ausgehender Luftfrachtsendungen unter Einhaltung der Airline – Anforderungen
  • Information der Empfänger von Importsendungen sowie Ausgabe der entsprechenden Frachtdokumente
  • Unregelmässige Schichtarbeit zwischen 05:00 und 24:00 Uhr sowie Einsätze am Wochenende

What You Bring:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder gleichwertige Berufsausbildung
  • Fachkenntnisse in der Luftfrachtabfertigung von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturiete und zuverlässe Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Belastbarkeit
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office Programmen wie Word, Excel und Outlook
  • Arbeitszeugnisse sowie lückenloser Lebenslauf der letzten 5 Jahre erforderlich
