Job Description - Business Analyst

Unterstütze ein führendes Unternehmen bei der Prüfung und Verwaltung von Brokermandaten. Du analysierst Dokumente auf Vollständigkeit und rechtliche Gültigkeit, dokumentierst relevante Informationen systematisch und stellst sicher, dass alle Mandate korrekt erfasst und nachvollziehbar abgelegt sind. Die Rolle eignet sich besonders für Personen mit einem ausgeprägten Qualitätsbewusstsein, Interesse an rechtlichen Fragestellungen und einer strukturierten Arbeitsweise.

Rolle & Aufgaben

  • Brokermandat im SHP Syrius suchen
  • Detaillierte Protokollierung über das Dokument, den Kunden & allfällige weitere (von Centris zu definierende) Parameter
  • Rechtlicher Check, ob das Brokermandat vollständig, korrekt & gültig ist
  • Einfordern oder zumindest Aufbereitung von fehlenden Mandaten

  • Person versiert im Umgang mit Systemen
  • Rechtliches Verständnis
  • Sehr genau & exakte Arbeitsdurchführung
  • Hoher Qualitätsanspruch
