Job Description - Customer Service Officer


We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to strengthen the customer service team of Biscoff® in Baar.


 


In this role, you will operate in a truly international context. As part of Lotus Bakeries – a Belgian-headquartered company with production sites across Europe, Africa, North America and soon Asia – you will collaborate daily with colleagues, clients and partners worldwide, serving as the key link between clients and internal teams to drive solutions and innovation for the global growth of the Biscoff® brand. 


 


You will be focusing on increasing worldwide Biscoff sales. Our teams are focusing on excellence in sales, marketing, forecasting and supply chain.


 


We are looking for a hands-on, flexible and client-oriented team player with a talent for multi-tasking.


 


You will be part our Biscoff® team, which is located in Baar, reporting directly to the Global Account Manager Mondelez.


 



  • You’ll be responsible for supporting your clients as good as possible by not only providing administrative support, but also by pro-actively collaborating with internal departments to ‘get the job done’.

  • You’ll be involved in our export administration, where orders, invoices, logistic planning, certificates, client files and complaints form a regular part of your agenda.

  • Our sales team will also count on you for reporting on orders, delivery dates, sales volumes, pricing, etc, just as our marketing team will appreciate your help in product launches, client inquiries, design follow-ups etc.

  • You’ll be in contact with many internal stakeholders; planning, expedition, warehousing…; to ensure an on-time delivery of the orders.

  • The function is office based in Baar.


We are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague who has the following assets:



  • A Higher vocational education degree.

  • Your previous experience in a similar role (3-5 years) convinces us of your hands-on attitude, your knowledge of export systems and documents and your solution-oriented multi-tasking talents.

  • Given that your client contacts will span the globe, you are fluent in English and possess a strong intercultural flexibility.

  • Experience with ERP (SAP) and MS tools is a must.

  • A personality which is in line with our TOP values – Team work, Open dialogue and Passion.
