About the Opportunity

Join one of Switzerland’s leading logistic organisations, developing the technology behind large-scale services used across the country every day.

This role sits between software engineering and DevOps, with responsibility for developing and operating modern applications, improving CI/CD and automation, and ensuring complex production systems remain reliable.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance production software applications and interfaces


• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across build, test and deployment


• Automate and optimise development and operational processes


• Support applications across complex production environments


• Analyse and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents


• Coordinate releases, maintenance and technical changes


• Work with container platforms including OpenShift


• Collaborate with product, engineering and external technical teams

Your Profile

• Several years of software development and production application experience


• Good knowledge of Java


• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development tooling


• Experience with container platforms, ideally OpenShift


• GitLab or comparable CI/CD experience


• Strong application management and troubleshooting skills


• Relevant education in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar


• German and English communication skills


• Structured and collaborative approach
