Job Description - Digital Workplace Engineer

Project

We are seeking for an experienced End-user Computing System Engineer who will provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to integration, deployment and operation.

Key Responsibilities

Resolve complex technical incidents escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams.

Conduct in-depth root cause analysis and implement effective, sustainable solutions.

Drive continuous improvement by deploying automated patches and updates through endpoint management tools.

Leverage scripting languages such as PowerShell to automate repetitive administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Contribute to the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of IT governance frameworks.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in IT with the focus on Digital workplace or End-User Computing services.

Strong knowledge of workplace processes, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Autopilot, Intune, Unified Endpoint Management, endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, and Microsoft 365.

English fluent mandatory, French or German would be a plus.

Additional information

Start date: ASAP

Workload: 60%

End date: visibility till the end of March with the possibility of extension.

Location: Lausanne
