Job Description - Enterprise Architecture Operations Lead
Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements
Support the Enterprise Architecture function by managing operational, data, and governance support activities.
Responsible for ensuring alignment and coordination across internal teams, managed service providers (MSPs), and AI-augmented delivery, supporting the transition to the target IT operating model.
Manage architecture demand and coordinate governance workflows.
Coordinate the preparation of governance materials in collaboration with project teams.
Ensure the consistency and quality of architecture inputs across governance forums.
Manage Enterprise Architecture data, reporting, and insight enablement.
Maintain and enhance Enterprise Architecture data products, including capabilities and applications.
Support the maintenance and development of Power BI reports and decision-support artifacts.
Support capability assessments and maturity tracking.
Coordinate input from business and IT stakeholders.
Ensure the consistency and quality of capability data.
Support Enterprise Architecture tools (e.g., ADOIT) and integrations with CMDB, data platforms, and related systems.
Improve the usability and adoption of Enterprise Architecture datasets and tools.
Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure alignment.
Act as a coordination layer across internal teams, MSPs, and governance bodies.
Ensure alignment of architectural artifacts and decisions.
Support consistent architecture practices across the organization.
Increased strategic capacity within the Enterprise Architecture function.
Improved alignment across internal teams, external partners, and AI-driven delivery.
More efficient and effective governance processes.
Higher-quality Enterprise Architecture data and reporting to support decision-making.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
TOGAF certification.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in IT, Enterprise Architecture, or data-related environments.
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Comfortable working with governance processes and structured workflows.
Knowledge of ArchiMate and ITIL 4 is an advantage.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, is an advantage.
