Auf unserer Wochenbett- und Gynäkologieabteilung begleitest du Frauen und Familien in einer ganz besonderen Lebensphase. Mit Fachkompetenz, Empathie und Herz sorgst du dafür, dass sich unsere Patientinnen und Neugeborenen sicher, gut begleitet und willkommen fühlen.

DEINE AUFGABEN

Begleitung und Betreuung von werdenden Eltern sowie dem Neugeborenen

Betreuung von gynäkologischen, chirurgischen Patienten

Mitverantwortung für den stetigen Informationsfluss zwischen Frauen, Angehörigen und Ärzten

Mitwirkung beim Planen, Einleiten und Ausführen von diagnostisch-/ therapeutischen Massnahmen

Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Pflegefachpersonen sowie Ärzten

Begleitung und Unterstützung der Lernenden

DEIN PROFIL

Ausbildung als Fachfrau / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ

Idealerweise hast du bereits Kenntnisse vom Fachgebiet Wochenbett

Erfahrung im Akutbereich

Du bist fachlich versiert, sozial stark und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam

Deine offene, zuverlässige und teamfähige Art macht dich aus

Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe ist für dich selbstverständlich
