Job Description - Fachperson Gesundheit im Nachtdienst

Aufgabenbereich

Elektronische Dokumentation von Betreuungsmassnahmen mittels digitaler Systeme
Beobachtung und Bewertung von Pflegesituationen der Bewohner
Ganzheitliche Versorgung und Begleitung der Klienten während Nachtschichten
Regelmässige Kontrollgänge durch die Einrichtung durchführen
Durchführung medizinischer Behandlungsmassnahmen nach ärztlicher Anordnung
Hilfestellung bei Körperpflege und täglichen Verrichtungen leisten
Übernahme fachspezifischer Verantwortlichkeiten im Nachtbetrieb

Anforderungsprofil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Gesundheitsfachperson mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis
Solide deutsche Sprachfertigkeiten in mündlicher und schriftlicher Kommunikation
Warmherzige Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Sinn für Humor
Praktische Erfahrung in der Betreuung chronisch kranker Menschen
Begeisterung für abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Arbeitsaufgaben
Kenntnisse in RAI-Assessments oder Lernbereitschaft für entsprechende Schulungen
