Own KIDAN's overall security posture, security strategy, policies, standards and security roadmap.
Ensure security is embedded across KIDAN's technology, operations and internal environment.
Identify and challenge security risks, gaps and priorities, and drive corrective actions.
Own security compliance and support certifications and frameworks such as ISO 27001.
Work closely with Technology, Operations and leadership to ensure security is built into how KIDAN operates.
Be technically involved in assessing KIDAN's security architecture, technologies, configurations, controls and implementations.
Regularly go beyond governance and documentation to validate that security controls are actually implemented and working effectively in practice.
2. Provide Hands-On Technical Security Leadership
Act as a technical security leader who can get into the field and work directly with technical teams.
Review and challenge security architectures, technical designs, configurations, implementations and security controls.
Participate directly in complex security investigations, incidents, escalations and technical problem-solving when required.
Work alongside engineers, security specialists and SOC analysts to solve complex security challenges and improve technical capabilities.
Maintain a strong understanding of the technologies, tools and platforms used across KIDAN's security environment.
Be able to independently understand and assess technical security issues rather than relying exclusively on the security team for technical interpretation.
Set the technical standard for the security organization and continuously raise the team's technical maturity.
Remain sufficiently hands-on to maintain technical credibility with both internal teams and enterprise customers.
3. Own & Develop the Security Offering
Own the strategy, quality and relevance of KIDAN's security offering.
Continuously challenge and improve our security services, capabilities and value proposition.
Ensure our SOC and security services are technically strong, operationally mature and aligned with enterprise customer needs.
Stay close to the actual delivery of our security services and understand how our offerings are implemented in real customer environments.
Work with the commercial and technology teams to identify opportunities to grow KIDAN's security business and revenue.
Ensure what we sell is what we can genuinely deliver at a high standard.
Participate in the design and evolution of security solutions, architectures and service models.
Support the team in complex technical customer opportunities where senior security expertise is required.
4. Challenge Security Delivery
Ensure security services and projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.
Stay close to delivery and regularly engage with the teams doing the technical work.
Challenge processes, technical decisions, architecture and delivery quality where security standards are not met.
Review technical deliverables and security implementations where appropriate.
Oversee the SOC team and ensure strong operational performance, processes, quality and continuous improvement.
Establish clear security KPIs, controls and quality standards.
Step into critical delivery, technical escalations or incidents when the situation requires senior technical expertise.
Ensure lessons from incidents, projects and customer engagements are translated into improvements across the security function.
5. Enterprise Customer & Security Escalation Point
Act as a senior security point of contact for key enterprise customers.
Be comfortable going into customer environments and engaging directly with technical teams, security teams, IT leaders and executives.
Lead or support customer discussions around security strategy, architecture, compliance, risk and major security requirements.
Participate in technical workshops, security assessments, architecture discussions and complex customer engagements.
Act as the escalation point for critical security topics, incidents and customer concerns.
Be able to discuss technical security topics at depth with experienced customer security and IT professionals.
Build trust with customers by bringing strong technical expertise, credibility and business understanding.
6. Security Leadership & Governance
Establish clear security governance, ownership and decision-making across KIDAN.
Ensure security risks are visible and appropriately escalated to leadership.
Partner with Technology, Compliance, Operations and other functions on security priorities and risk management.
Lead, coach and develop the security team, creating a culture of technical excellence, ownership and continuous improvement.
Lead by technical credibility and expertise, not only through management and delegation.
Stay current on relevant threats, technologies, regulations and industry standards and translate them into actionable priorities for KIDAN.

Requirements
Strong senior experience in cybersecurity, information security, security operations or a CISO-level role.
Strong understanding of security strategy, governance, risk, compliance and security operations.
Experience managing or leading a SOC / security operations function.
Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and security service delivery.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
Strong ability to challenge technical and business decisions and communicate risk clearly.
Experience with ISO 27001 and relevant security frameworks.
Fluent in French and English.
German is a strong advantage.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect security capabilities to customer value and business growth.
Hands-on, credible and comfortable operating across strategy, technology, delivery and customer conversations.
