About the Role

We are looking for an HR Administration Assistant to join our team in Basel at 60%, starting on 1 December 2026. This is an entry-level opportunity: no previous experience is required.

Your Responsibilities

  Support the preparation and administration of employment contracts.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle administrative tasks related to employee joiners and leavers.

  
  


• 
  

  Record and update sick leave and absence information.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate employee records and support day-to-day HR administration.

  
  

Your Profile

• 
  

  Fluent German is essential.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  A reliable approach to handling confidential information.

  
  


• 
  

  Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

  
  


• 
  

  No previous HR experience required; applicants looking for their first job are welcome.
