- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Work with external recruitment agencies where required
- Prepare employment contracts, reference letters, confirmations, and other HR documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, changes, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations
- Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees
- Assist with employee relations matters and people initiatives
- Support performance management, engagement, and development activities
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
