HTWF Program Specialist

The Senior Program Manager will drive workstream landscape analyses, stakeholder mapping, and partner scoping in three countries, and support partner clinics in testing the Clinic Assessment Framework. You`ll also provide broader support to the portfolio team and coordinate HTWF's volunteering activities. 

Portfolio Team Support 

• 
  

  Provide broader program management support across the HTWF portfolio, including partner scouting, assessments, and ongoing monitoring as needed. 

  
  

• 
  

  Support budget tracking, invoicing, and expense monitoring related to program activities. 

  
  

• 
  

  Support organizing and coordinating volunteering opportunities for HTWF, matching volunteer skills and availability to partner and program needs. 

  
  

Country Landscape Analyses (3 countries) 

• 
  

  Manage the end-to-end consultant assignments for ear and hearing care landscape analyses, stakeholder mapping and partner scoping in three priority countries, using an established model. 

  
  

• 
  

  Oversee inception, national- and sub-national-level desk review, key informant interviews, stakeholder mapping and partner assessment deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budget. 

  
  

• 
  

  Present landscape analysis findings and recommendations to HTWF staff and support follow-up decision-making on new country and partner engagements

  
  

Please note that this role is offered temporarily for 12 months, from October 2026 to October 2027.
