Job Description

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Erste Anlaufstelle und zentrale Ansprechperson für sämtliche Importbezogenen Fragestellungen am Standort
• Koordination von Importsendungen für den gesamten Standort sowie Erstellung klarer und vollständiger Verzollungsinstruktionen für externe Broker zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs (konkrete Aufgaben sind u.a.: Rechnungen prüfen, Instruktionen schreiben, Verzollungen überprüfen, Importrelevante Daten pflegen)
• Sicherstellung aller erforderlichen Importbewilligungen und -lizenzen
• Statistiken führen und pflegen
• Stellvertretung für Export
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Importprozesse und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
• Arbeiten gemäss Trade Compliance Standards, SOPs sowie internen Richtlinien
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von GMP-, GDP- und EHS-Vorgaben
• Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits sowie behördlichen Inspektionen
• Erstellung, Prüfung und Genehmigung von GMP-Dokumentation
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von SOPs
• Nutzung regulierter Systeme (z. B. Veeva, MEDS) zur Durchführung von GxP-relevanten Tätigkeiten
• Enge Zusammenarbeit sowie regelmässiger Austausch mit Brokern und Lieferanten
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Lieferanforderungen der Lieferanten
• Verantwortung für Training und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender im Importbereich
• Erstellung von Bestellungen im Ariba-System, Durchführung von Rückstellungen sowie Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen

Anforderungen

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aussenhandel, idealerweise im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit regulatorischen Anforderungen (GMP/GDP) von Vorteil
• Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office Anwendungen (SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil)
• Selbständige, strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Our Werthenstein BioPharma site in Schachen is where we conduct cutting-edge research, develop and analyze new biological agents and supply clinical trial products for global clinical studies. The site is also home to one of our global forensic laboratories where we carefully monitor our products through the supply chain to ensure security and safety for our patients.
