Material Planner (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your main responsibilities

Determine the required materials and generating purchase orders ensuring that the material is sourced according to the defined lead time and the inbound cost is under control.

Balance the trade-off between inventory levels, inbound costs and customer service, working to provide the maximum service for the internal production.

Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for internal production.

Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.

Liaise with customer support, suppliers, and distributors, maintaining good relationship with all of them

Manage master data and analyze SAP data to ensures that they are always correct and up to date and extract business relevant insights.

Learn the basics of the inbound flows and their cost drivers to be able to act as deputy of the team Inbound Specialist

What you bring

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Economy o Math.

At least 2 years experience in multinational & structured companies in procurement and/or material planning functions.

Advanced knowledge of SAP MM and Excel.

Fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus).
