Lead Software Engineer

• Lead the design and development of the next platform version, from architecture to shipped features
  
• Own the RAG and AI agent layer end to end, including retrieval quality and evaluation
  
• Set up workflows for effective use of AI coding agents across the team
  
• Build a security- and privacy-first foundation for handling highly sensitive personal data
  
• Act as technical authority in customer and partner conversations
  
• Help hire and onboard future engineers
  

Requirements

• Software engineering experience, including owning production systems end to end
  
• Experience with web stacks (React/TypeScript, Node) and cloud infrastructure
  
• Experience building AI agents and retrieval-augmented systems
  
• Strong product sense and experience shaping what gets built
  
• Fluent English
  
• Advantage: German and familiarity with swiss legal & financial ecosystem
